We are a Real Estate Title Service Company that specializes in providing top-notch document request and title abstract services. Leveraging our extensive network of Document CopiersDCs) and Title Abstractors (TAs), we ensure you receive efficient and reliable service tailored to your needs. Please note that we do not offer curative services, and our Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance is available upon request, covering both residential and commercial services. We appreciate your understanding that we do not complete vendor packages to receive orders.

Document Request
Our Document request services requires a book and page or file number. If this information is not provided the request will be denied. Please make sure the book and page or file numbers requested is correct. You will be charged for the information provided to us no exceptions! Please provide copy requirements such as full pertinent or specific pages to pages to copied for each request.
Residential & Commercial Courthouse
Field Search
Residential Courthouse Field Search requests must include an address, name, or parcel number or they will be denied. Ensure all information is accurate, as fees apply based on the search type and stopping point, such as a gap search, full value deed, developer deed, or a full search back to the county/state statute.
Please note there will be an up charge fee on ALL searches for common name extensive index searches. This includes Residential and Commerical Courthouse Searches behind the developer.
Online Search Overflow
Online search overflow are searches that can be completed online and this service is typically used to assist with large volume online search projects. The search fees for this order type will be reduced since the orders can be completed online.
Please note there will be an up charge fee on ALL searches for common name extensive index searches. This includes Residential Courthouse Searches behind the developer.
ORDER PROCESS
Step 1 Order Process
Please use the get a free quote form that is located towards the bottom of the our website to send your quote. Please choose the service needed and provide that in the service order type form. Once the search request has been reviewed we will email you the fee to complete the order.
Step 2 Order Process
Once the fee for the order has been approved we will request a deposit that can be paid through our website and once we have received payment. We will then dispatch the abstractor to the county to complete your order.
Step 3 Order Process
Once the order is completed the customer will receive a email of completion. We will request the balance of the payment plus copies at that time. Once payment is received in full the documents will be released.
